Impossibly Easy Mac 'n' Cheese Pie

Here is A recipe for a great family dinner!

Impossibly Easy Mac 'n' Cheese Pie

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 oz)
1/2cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce (optional)
2 eggs

Instructions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Place cooked macaroni in pie plate. Sprinkle with the cheese. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
